If you have experienced sexual violence, you have options:
- Get help after experiencing GBSV

- File a formal report/complaint of gender-based violence
Employees:
As a Western employee, you may receive a disclosure of gender-based and sexual violence from a student or colleague. Visit the Supporting Survivors of Gender-Based and Sexual Violence site for important information on how to support these individuals.
Support and information for survivors is available through Employee Well-being and Workplace Health.
Reports may be made to the Human Rights Office that will also offer guidance concerning how to make a formal complaint. See Reporting Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct page for more information.
