Application are now open for Western Massey Fellowship for the academic year 2025-26.
How to apply
Faculty members interested in the Western Massey Fellowship Program should submit the following materials to provostvpa@uwo.ca:
1. A complete CV
2. A one-two page statement of interest, including:
- A description of the proposed sabbatical project
- How the project aligns with Western’s strategic, research, and faculty priorities
- How the experience at Massey College will enhance the project
- A commitment to making regular use of the office space and actively engaging in Massey College programming during tenure as a Western Massey Fellow
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by a Provost-appointed Selection Committee. Shortlisted candidates will also participate in an interview with Massey College representatives before final selection.
The Selection Committee is comprised of:
- Provost & Vice-President (Academic)
- Vice-President (Research)
- Vice-Provost (Academic Planning, Policy & Faculty)
- Executive Director, Office of the Provost & Vice-President (Academic)
